Vic Firth M36 Signature Stefon Harris Vibraphone / Marimba Mallets
This is a pair of the highly sought after Vic Firth M36 Signature Stefon Harris Mallets.
Designed in collaboration with Stefon Harris, a Grammy-nominated contemporary jazz vibraphonist, these superb mallets were the last designed in collaboration with Vic Firth and feature a reduced head size and increased overall length, providing a clear fundamental along with a beautiful, lyrical tone.
The M36 mallets were designed to be both articulate and full sounding in all registers of the Vibraphone and Marimba. The woven soft head on the M36 creates warm tones in all ranges and plenty of volume when required at high dynamic levels.
In accordance with Stefon’s specifications, these mallets feature shorter 14.5″ Rattan handles which offer flexibility and rigidity, putting complete control in the player’s hands, facilitating more agile playing.
These mallets are brand new and come with the factory original packaging. They have been discontinued and are no longer available from Vic Firth.
