The VOX Continental Type-1 is a diatonic ten-hole harmonica that has been tuned to prioritise the resonance of chords and is perfect for blues and rock performers that employ the classic vamping technique.
The comb is a composite of natural wood fibre and resin. All-wood combs sound great but can warp if they absorb too much moisture – and they often do . This combination has been specially engineered to provide the warm sound of wood along with exceptional durability.
The sound hole openings on the back and sides enhance the resonance of the entire harmonica, enhancing projection and tone.
