The Michael Kelly Patriot Decree Standard is a superb guitar, especially with our Pro-SCM setup but more of that later.
The MKPDS looks somehow familiar then at second glance it is altogether brand new. Featuring a stage friendly chambered single cut Mahogany body, the Patriot Decree Standard is equipped with a pair of Rockfield PAF Humbucking pickups that deliver fat and focused rock tones. Pulling up the Tone knob activates the coil tap function and the pickups take on that classic single coil vibe – think P90. Versatile with a capital V.
Pro-SCM SETUP
The Michael Kelly Patriot Decree Standard is a great guitar at a great price. Our price however, includes our celebrated and sought after Pro-SCM setup. Much more than a little slap ‘n tickle with a screw driver, this setup transforms the MKPDS from a great to an incredible guitar.
Everything that requires that “final touch” is attended to including:
– Levelling the Frets
– Hand rolling the Fret Ends
– Polishing the frets
– Oiling and conditioning the fretboard
– Adjust the neck, bridge height, intonation etc, etc . . .
