The Crafter UC27E Ukulele is indeed a fine instrument. The UC27E has been hand crafted with a solid Spruce top, exotic Ebony back and sides, Mahogany neck and a premium Rosewood Fingerboard. The satin finished body and neck both feature elegant black binding and thanks to our Pro-SCM setup, the 19 Nickel-Silver frets are smooth with no sharp edges and are a joy to play.
The acoustic tone of this beautiful instrument is simply superb with a focused yet sweet and soft upper midrange sound enhanced with genuine Italian Aquila NylGut strings.
The build quality is exquisite as highlighted by the hand inlaid “Tree of Life” motif adorning the fretboard. Even the soundhole rosette is a thing of beauty and features hand inlaid marquetry.
For those that prefer their ukulule to be amplified, a quality active preamp and undersaddle transducer provide natural sounding amplified tones.
