We have the largest and most comprehensive range of Musical Instruments on the NSW South Coast with more than 3000 stringed instruments in stock! On offer also is one of the largest selections of Print music, Music Books and Music Tuition material in Australia.
southcoastmusic is an authorised dealer for most major musical instrument brand names which means that when you buy from us you have a huge range to choose from as well as the benefit of our backup and service, complete with official manufacturers warranties!
HOW ABOUT REPAIRS?
We repair and restore instruments. Restrings, Pickup installations and most repairs are carried out onsite in our purpose built workshop. southcoastmusic is also an authorised Maton Warranty and Service Centre so you can be assured that your Guitar is in good hands!

HOW DO I BUY ONLINE FROM southcoastmusic?
For those of you who enjoy the online experience, southcoastmusic offers you the ability to buy whatever you like from us safely and securely from the comfort of your own home! We provide two online experiences, one is our Ebay Store – southcoastmusic_online and the other is right here on our website!
We have tried to make it as easy as possible to get around the southcoastmusic website. If there is something that you are after and can’t find it please email us – our website literally represents the tip of the iceberg with regard to the instruments and books that we have in stock at any given time.
If you wish to purchase something that you have found on our site you simply need to add the item/s to your cart and then checkout when done. You may pay with Paypal, Direct deposit into our account or Credit Card in our Merchant Credit Card facility. You can also order any items by ringing one of our online Team on 02 4421 8688. We will then discuss your request in a consultative manner to ensure that the product you are considering is actually the right one for your particular situation.
In the instance that an item has been incorrectly described, priced or is simply no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the sale.

We are not only a Team of experienced working musicians, actors and music teachers but also absolutely enthusiastic collectors of all things musical!
Here at SCM we have amassed a collection of special ‘things’, they are all musical in nature and some, despite their rarity – are surprisingly inexpensive. Others are well, priced relative to their worth in the big wide world. Some are on display in-store, others are kept in the “V.A.U.L.T.” and are available for inspection by appointment only. Please contact us for further details.
HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?
We offer FREE SHIPPING with most items for purchases to Australian destinations – there are some exceptions such as delivery to remote areas. If you are unsure – please contact us. Transit Insurance is also available at a modest cost for all transactions.
HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY OF MY ITEM?
Delivery Time: Delivery to most East Coast Australian destinations will take approximately 2-5 working days after an initial Handling Day. South Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia can take up to 10 business days and sometimes even longer for remote destinations. If you are working to a deadline – call us first.
WHAT IF I LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY AND WANT TO BUY FROM southcoastmusic?
We offer delivery to most countries. If an International delivery cost isn’t shown on a listing please contact us for a quote. Please note International transactions may only be paid for through Direct Deposit with fully cleared funds. We are always on the lookout for online fraud and have successfully assisted both the Australian Federal Police and INTERPOL with their enquiries.
All goods dispatched to international customers will only be covered by transit insurance if the carrier provides cover as part of their service or the customer takes out optional transit insurance when paying for their goods. Please check with us for costs etc before making a purchase. Please allow up to 28 business days for delivery to most International locations.
DOES southcoastmusic COMBINE FREIGHT COSTS?
In the event that there is a freight cost, then Yes. Simply contact us when you buy two or more items in one transaction and we will combine your freight. If freight charges apply – for example to a remote Australian or overseas location, at the very least you will receive a discount! A combined Invoice can be made in the Checkout after you have made your purchases…it’s that simple!
CAN I PICK MY ITEMS UP INSTORE?
You are more than welcome to pick up your item in person from our retail store located at Shops 7-10, Shoalhaven Arcade, 19 Kinghorne Street, Nowra, NSW, 2541. Please contact us before you come in to pick up your item to confirm all pick-up arrangements and details.
