Featuring all Mahogany construction including the Resonator, Neck and multi-ply Mahogany Rim the quality of this instrument belies its price.
The richness of the Resonator’s Mahogany finish is beautifully complimented by black binding. The neck is capped with a 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard.
The planetary tuners are geared and feature pearloid buttons.The hardware is chrome plated for enhanced durability. The Mahogany Rim has a die-cast hoop with 24 brackets offering even tension and excellent stability. The coated Remo head is a standard in the banjo world and a nice touch.
To ensure that your Oakridge banjo plays as it should, our price includes our Pro-SCM setup. This comprehensive setup includes hand rolling the fret ends and polishing the frets. The fingerboard will be oiled and polished. The Remo head will be tensioned, the nut cut and deburred of sharp edges, the co-ordinator rod adjusted and the bridge placed in the correct position.
